How to loose belly fat in 1 week, Tested & Tried over 10 Years

Here is how I do it:

Ingredients:

  • 2 quart  glass pitcher filled with drinking water, 1 finger less to the top
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lemon, washed & chopped
  • ginger palm size, washed & chopped
  • A bunch of Mint leaves washed and broken in half

Add all ingredients to the pitcher filled with water, then use a spoon to , make sure its all mixed, then use plastic wrap to cover top, and place it in the fridge, over night.

Start drinking in the morning and all day, do this for 1 week, and your stomach will be flat.

Take a before and after picture and post it with a comment
